- Our buses are a distinctive bright yellow with Auckland Explorer Bus signage. You can also use your Explorer Bus tickets on Soaring Kiwi buses in Auckland
- On busy cruise ship days, we may add extra buses to the service that aren’t in our usual branding, but they will be displaying Auckland Explorer Bus signs in the window
- Child fares apply for ages 5 to 14 years (children aged 0-4 travel free)
- This experience is not wheelchair accessible
- Change your booking up to 24 hours before the start time of your experience
- Changes are not permitted within 24 hours of your experience
- Late arrivals or no shows may result in you forfeiting your experience
- Confirmation in the form of a tour voucher will be received at time of booking
- Upon completion of purchase, please print the voucher and present on the day of tour

A fantastic way to get to know Auckland
A fantastic way to get to know Auckland. Drivers were friendly and helpful. The audio commentary was good but we were lucky and at one point our driver (the 'Pink Lady') gave us an additional personal commentary including insights from her time driving this tour. Buses are clean and provide a good view of the sights, Highly recommend this tour to start your Auckland experience!

Every time we go on hop on hop off buses we find that are really excellent. the one that we went on in auckland was fantastic. commentary of the first bus that we took from the port was excellent. driver gave a really good explanation of everything

The 2nd bus that we took from the museum was just ok. Commentary was ok.
